This I would show my 8 year old daughter, now the original Ill think twice before doing it. The original is still the best. Hexen hemen. I'm only 2:08 into this video, but I immediately thought of Parasyte, mainly the anime though. Anyone who's seen it knows what I'm talking about, but for those who don't there's an anime adaptation of the manga that was actually serialized and written in 1988 to 1995. Check out Parasyte -The Maxim- it's a pretty good anime with the premise of alien invasions with body snatching in it, and the OST is AMAZING.

Not so much a book, but just a scene in a Redwall book I don't remember the name of. The general gist is that the captain of a boat throws one of his crewmates into a river in order to act as bait for a pike (all the characters are small animals like rats and weasels, so pikes are basically sharks to them. When they finally catch the pike and cook it, the crew finds bits of their crewmate when they cut open their portion of the fish. The captain forces them to eat it. Just something that's stuck with me ever since I read it. EDIT: The book is The Rogue Crew.

I really wish the film industry didnt do away with makeup, costumes, animatronics, and physical props instead of just making everything with green screens and cgi. The original was better for not doing any of that. Still more satisfying to watch than any Game of Thrones death. I listened to Sweet playing that song, from the live at the Marquee album. I think its a cover from the 60's. If it aint broke dont fix it. No need to remake, it just shows youve run out of ideas. And please please please dont Americanise it.

The spookiest part to me was when Ally is telling the medium about her dream, she is literally describing being in her bedroom, her mother walking in and not seeing her, not speaking. This is exactly what her mother does after she has if not only did she see her own corpse in premonitions, but her own future as a ghost, alone in the house, unnoticed. That's what hits so hard. they move away, able to move on, and she's left alone, the very thing she feared and saw in her dreams. It's super unsettling. Great storytelling.

Japanese Spider Man is totally different from regular Spider Man. Shows Spider Man Mech Suit You don't say. They keep saying middle of the woods but there' a neighborhood less than a kilometer away, well kept paved trails, and not even 50 meters away from the main road. I grew up where the closest civilization was a gas station 30 minutes away and the nearest grocery/fast food place was 45. This ain't the middle of the woods. My favourite alien invasion movie is The Mist I have seen it at least 8 times this year alone, and despite the fact that I know how it's going to end I keep hoping for a different ending, damn I must be insane. Nice use of crazy train song😂. Roald dahl hexen hexen film. I showed this my mum and she said the original still kind of scares her from start to the end and pointed out the painting scene was very she found childesh.

Another one about horror movies? Man; Im still really looking forward for when you pivot to the asmr-with-a-confusing-accent genre. Ill still watch.

No. Why. The original was perfect, Hollywood always has to ruin good films

Minions is a great invasion movie and has some superb subtle foreshadowing. At first you think all you'll get is one movie and then they keep making them, Until they are ingrained into pop culture and just as you close your eyes and go to sleep a faint sound of a minions toy can be heard speaking in the neighbourhood. Before you know it shops are selling clothes with these things on and food outlets are endorsing them.

The original is actually a pretty scary movie. The mouse scenes are cute as hell. The computer shit is blah. Maybe I'll watch it.
